Survey on purchasing standards for edible oil [Commercial products]

J-Oil Mills conducted an "Attitude Survey on Purchasing Criteria for Cooking Oil (Commercial Use Products)." The survey was conducted online and targeted 300 men and women in their 20s to 50s nationwide who work in the food and beverage industry, asking about the points they consider important when purchasing cooking oil for their restaurants, their intention to purchase environmentally friendly products, and the burdens they feel when handling cooking oil.
