Information Disclosure Policy

We comply with the Companies Act, the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, the rules of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc., and other laws and regulations related to the disclosure of corporate information, and disclose information in accordance with our disclosure policy, which includes the requirement to disclose information in a timely and accurate manner.

IR system

The Company has established a system and is taking steps to proactively engage in constructive dialogue with shareholders within a reasonable scope, in order to contribute to sustainable growth and the improvement of corporate value over the medium to long term.
The Finance Department has an IR function that serves as a contact point for dialogue with securities analysts, institutional investors, individual investors, and shareholders.
Regarding constructive dialogue with shareholders, the IR department and the Director in Charge of Finance work in cooperation with the Representative Director, President and relevant departments to gather information and share it with management.
Furthermore, opinions and other feedback received from shareholders and investors through dialogue will be shared with the Representative Director, President & CEO, directors in charge, and executive officers in charge, and will be reported to the Board of Directors as necessary, with the aim of utilizing such feedback in future management.

Main IR activities

We are continually strengthening our IR activities through advice from our outside directors and support from the executive body.
We are also working to promote understanding of our company through the following initiatives:

Regular briefings held for analysts and institutional investors

We hold financial results briefings every quarter, where the President and CEO and other management team report and explain the business overview, management policies, financial results trends, ESG-related matters, and other topics.

Small meetings with analysts and institutional investors

We hold small meetings as needed with the aim of increasing corporate value and gaining understanding from the capital markets.

Holding individual meetings for domestic and overseas institutional investors

We hold individual meetings with institutional investors both in Japan and overseas (Europe, Asia, etc.).
