Dialogue with stakeholders

We consider it our number one priority to emphasize dialogue with various stakeholders in order to increase our medium- to long-term corporate value. By placing importance on dialogue, it is essential to build good relationships with all of you and deepen your trust and understanding. Going forward, we will continue to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society by responding to society's expectations and requests through dialogue with all stakeholders and promoting more progressive initiatives.

Attempt

As part of our efforts to increase our corporate value, we actively promote dialogue with stakeholders.
As interest in solving global social issues such as the SDGs and building company strategies from an ESG perspective grows, we are promoting dialogue with various stakeholders, including customers, business partners, shareholders and investors, local communities, NPOs and NGOs, academia, and employees, with the aim of sharing information and working together to solve issues and build strategies. We are also strengthening information disclosure as a foundation for promoting communication. In IR activities, we have held individual interviews and large meetings with investors and analysts to engage in dialogue, and in PR activities, we have increased the frequency of releases about our products and activities.
We held a dialogue between our company executives and Mr. Tamio Yamaguchi of the Circular Economy Research Association, a non-profit organization that provided a third-party opinion on our integrated report (J-Oil Mills Report). With the theme of the environment in 2023 and human capital in 2024, we introduced our company's initiatives and actively exchanged opinions on how we should develop them in the future. We will continue to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society by understanding the expectations and requests of society through dialogue with stakeholders and promoting more progressive initiatives.
