Promoting Compliance
当社グループにとってコンプライアンスとは、法令遵守だけでなく、社会の一員としての企業倫理や社会規範の遵守までを含んだ行動ととらえ、常に社会から信頼される企業であるために、すべての従業員に対してその徹底に努めています。
当社では、「経営リスク委員会」の傘下組織である「コンプライアンス部会」にて「J-オイルミルズ行動規範」の有効性の見直しを定期的に行い、行動規範に沿った行動がなされているか確認するとともに行動や意識の啓発、改善を行っています。
「コンプライアンス部会」には各コーポレート部門の責任者等と労働組合の代表者が参加し、当社グループが抱える部門ごとの課題を共有し、改善とレビューを行うことで、コンプライアンスの強化を推進しています。
なお、コンプライアンス違反が認められた場合においては、違反の発生状況を把握し、発生職場に対し原因の究明と再発防止策の報告を求めるとともに、報告内容について評価を行い、有効性を確認の上、類似職場含めた対策を行っています。
Compliance Initiatives
The Compliance Subcommittee under the Management Risk Committee works to promote compliance through measures such as e-learning and compliance training, with the aim of realizing a company that is trusted by society.
Helpline Internal reporting system
We have established an internal reporting system to prevent and correct any acts that violate social norms or corporate ethics. The system can be reported anonymously both inside and outside the company, and we also protect whistleblowers. We also thoroughly inform employees about the internal reporting system through in-house training.
