Occupational Safety and Health

policy

It is an important responsibility of a company to provide an environment in which employees can work safely and comfortably. Based on our Occupational Safety and Health Policy, our group strives to ensure the safety and promote the health of not only our employees but all those involved in work at our offices and factories, and to create an environment in which they can work comfortably and with peace of mind.

Promotion system

In our Group, the Management Committee, led by the Representative Director, President and CEO, discusses company-wide policies and measures for occupational health and safety. Based on this, we formulate specific goals and plans and thoroughly manage safety at the field level. We regularly review our activities, share and discuss measures against occupational accidents and the number of accidents, and report the results to the Management Committee in a timely manner.

Initiatives to achieve zero workplace accidents
