Dividend Policy
Our basic policy is to strive to maintain stable profit returns to shareholders, and to distribute profits stably and appropriately from a long-term perspective, including retaining necessary internal reserves for strengthening our corporate structure and aggressive business development. In our Sixth Medium-Term Management Plan, we will allocate cash flows generated through expanding earnings to investments in growth, and aim to achieve a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 40% in order to steadily and continuously increase returns to shareholders.
Regarding the use of retained earnings, we plan to effectively utilize them as investment funds that will contribute to improving our corporate value, with the aim of strengthening our profit-making structure and management foundation.

In order to make our shareholder benefits more attractive, we have changed the system for gifts to shareholders as of March 31, 2021, so that in addition to our products, shareholders can choose to receive coupons for our official online storeor make donations, depending on the number of our shares they hold.
