Dividend Policy
Our basic policy is to strive to maintain stable profit returns to shareholders, and to distribute profits stably and appropriately from a long-term perspective, including retaining necessary internal reserves for strengthening our corporate structure and aggressive business development. In our Sixth Medium-Term Management Plan, we will allocate cash flows generated through expanding earnings to investments in growth, and aim to achieve a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 40% in order to steadily and continuously increase returns to shareholders.
Regarding the use of retained earnings, we plan to effectively utilize them as investment funds that will contribute to improving our corporate value, with the aim of strengthening our profit-making structure and management foundation.

Donation to the Certified NPO Japan Association for the World Food Programme
The donations will be used to provide food aid to developing countries through the Japan Association for World Food Programme (WFP), a certified NPO that is the official support window for the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP).
The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) is the only UN food aid organisation whose mission is to eradicate hunger. With bases in over 120 countries and regions, the organisation is carrying out activities such as emergency assistance during disasters and conflicts, improving nutritional conditions and providing school meals.
As part of the WFP's support activities, we support the "School Meal Support" initiative, which provides nutritious school meals to children in developing countries, and shareholders can choose to donate the equivalent amount of their preferential treatment at their discretion.
