FTSE Blossom Japan Index

Selected for the FTSE Blossom Japan Index

The FTSE Blossom Japan Index was created by FTSE Russell, a global index provider, and is designed to measure the performance of Japanese companies that demonstrate strong environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices. The index is widely used to create and evaluate sustainable investment funds and other financial products, and is adopted as one of the criteria for ESG investment by investors around the world, as well as the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF).

FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index

Selected for the FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index

The FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index was created by FTSE Russell, a global index provider, and is designed to be sector-neutral, reflecting the performance of Japanese companies with relatively excellent environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance in each sector. In addition, to promote the transition to a low-carbon economy, only companies with particularly high greenhouse gas emissions that are evaluated for their efforts to improve, as measured by the TPI Management Quality Score*, are included. This index has also been adopted as the ESG passive management benchmark by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF).

*TPI Management Quality Score: Evaluates the quality of a company's management of risks and opportunities related to greenhouse gas emissions and the low-carbon transition

The SOMPO Sustainability Index is an index selected based on the results of the "Buna no Mori Environmental Survey" and "ESG Management Survey" conducted by SOMPO Risk Management Inc.

Certified as a 2025 Health and Productivity Management Excellent Corporation (large corporation category)

The Health and Productivity Management Excellent Corporation Recognition System is a system jointly established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Japan Health Conference to recognize large companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, and other corporations that are practicing particularly excellent health and productivity management based on their efforts to address local health issues and health promotion initiatives led by the Japan Health Conference.
Kurumin Certification

Obtained "Platinum Kurumin" certification

The "Platinum Kurumin" certification is a system in which companies can receive special certification from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare if they take on child-rearing support initiatives and, after receiving "Kurumin" certification based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation, take on even higher standards and meet certain criteria.

The Eruboshi Certification is a system that certifies companies that meet certain standards under the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace and have an excellent record in promoting women's participation in the workplace.
